Here's the real story
ConverCalc started because I was frustrated.
Whether coding, designing, or managing projects, I constantly found myself needing quick calculations and conversions - color values, dates, measurements, taxes. Every time, I'd search, click through pages with ads, sign up for "free" trials that weren't actually free, or install software I didn't want on my machine.
I just needed a simple calculator that worked. One that didn't track me. One that didn't require creating an account. One that was fast.
So I built the first one. Then another. Then friends started asking for tools. Eventually, I decided to put them all in one place and make them available to anyone who needs them.

The tech stack
We use modern tools because they work well, not because they're trendy. The site runs on Next.js with React, styled with Tailwind CSS, and deployed on Vercel. PostgreSQL handles the data we do need to store. Everything is type-checked with TypeScript because catching bugs early saves time.
